You’re only five minutes away from knowing
Is the business you have today actually on track to get you there?
Maybe it’s your first $500K year.
A million-dollar business.
Paying yourself $15K a month.
Building the team.
Buying the house.
Taking the trip.
Having enough money coming in that you can say yes to the things you want without immediately doing mental math in your head.
You do not need help dreaming bigger. You’re probably VERY freaking good at that part.
But if I asked you right now:
Is the business you have today actually on track to get you there?
Not “I think so.”
Not “sales have been pretty good lately.”
Not “well there’s money in the bank, so probably?”
You knew whether the business was actually on track to hit the goal.
You could see what the next six months looked like before they happened.
You knew whether you could hire the person, make the investment, pay yourself more, book the trip.
And if something wasn’t adding up? You’d know now. While you still had plenty of time to do something about it.
How much easier would it be to make your big plans come true when you knew the business was actually on track to pay for them?
Listen, I am extremely pro making a crap ton of money.
Make the money, pay yourself really freaking well, build the team, buy expensive shit, take August off...
Do whatever the hell you wanted the successful business for in the first place.
But at some point, we have to know:
And I don’t think answering that question should require you to become a finance person.
You don’t need another spreadsheet to maintain.
You don’t need to spend Sunday afternoon analyzing your P&L.
You definitely don’t need 47 KPIs to obsess over.
You just need to know:
And Christy, if you were looking at my business right now, what would you tell me to do first?
So I built something that answers exactly that...In under 5 minutes.
You tell it your goals.
Give it a few numbers about what’s happening in your business.
It does a whole bunch of cool finance shit I programmed behind the scenes that you really do not need to care about (becuase that's my job!)
And you get the answers you actually came for so you can make the moves you want without white-knuckling your way through wondering if you can actually afford it.
See what you’ve already earned, what’s already booked, what’s sitting in your pipeline, and where you’re currently projected to land against the goal you said you wanted.
Maybe you’re going for $500K and currently pacing toward $487K. Now we know the gap.
Maybe it’s August and you’ve already booked enough business to hit the annual goal. FREAKING GREAT. I want you to know that too.
And because revenue alone does not tell us whether everything underneath it is behaving, you’ll also get your green flags + red flags across the things that could affect where you’re going.
Your bank account can tell you what’s true today. I’m significantly more interested in what could be true three months from now.
The Scorecard looks ahead at the next six months based on what’s already coming in, what’s sitting in your pipeline, what’s going out, and anything big you know is headed your way...
Maybe a $2,500/month retainer is ending in two months. Cool. Now you know, and you have two months to decide if you want to replace it.
The point isn’t to predict the future. It’s to see far enough ahead that you get to make the move before the decision gets made for you.
Okay, this is my favorite part. Because knowing whether you’re on track is useful. But what I really want you to know is: If a financial expert were looking at your business right now, what would I make your first priority?
That’s Christy’s Take. I programmed it around the same patterns + scenarios I look for when I’m analyzing my clients’ businesses, so it can flag when something important deserves a closer look.
Maybe you just hit your highest revenue month of the year... but your margin is getting tight.
Maybe you’re profitable... but cash is projected to drop over the next six months.
Or maybe everything looks freaking GOOD and you have more room to hire, invest, or take money out than you realized.
And every scenario comes with its own video, written specifically for what your Scorecard flagged, where I’ll walk you through what I’m seeing, why it matters + how I’d think about handling it next, the same way I do with my clients.
Christy’s Take finds the story in your numbers that I’d care about most.
One priority. Plain English. Based on your business + the goal you’re trying to hit.
A surprisingly sexy little financial command center, if I do say so myself....
Every month, you can plug in your answers and on one screen, you’ll see:
THE BOTTOM LINE: Your headline verdict on where you stand, in actual dollars.
YOUR GOAL, VISUALIZED: What you’ve earned + what’s already coming + what’s in your pipeline against where you said you want to go.
YOUR NEXT 6 MONTHS: What’s projected to come in and go out so you can see what’s coming before it happens.
WHERE YOUR CASH IS HEADED: Your projected cash balance month by month, not just whatever happens to be sitting in the bank today.
YOUR RED + GREEN FLAGS: Cash, profitability, pipeline, owner pay, taxes, client concentration, and churn, flagged at a glance.
YOUR TREND LINE: Keep checking in and you’ll see how the business is actually moving over time.
CHRISTY’S TAKE: The #1 thing I’d prioritize if I were looking at your business right now & a video walkthough of how to handle it.
The first time you log in, you’ll tell it:
Your annual revenue goal.
What you actually want to pay yourself every month.
What you sell.
What you’ve already earned this year.
Oh...and also your brand colors cause DUH we like things pretty.
Then you’ll give it a quick picture of what’s happening right now: revenue, cash, what’s already coming in, pipeline, expenses, team costs, taxes, marketing, and anything big coming up.
No bank connection. No uploading statements. No digging through your bookkeeping software for 97 different numbers.
Quick heads up: The Founder Scorecard runs through Claude Cowork (no account needed to access!) and, while I’ve programmed + tested the heck out of it, AI is still AI, so if that’s not your thing, totally fair, this probably isn’t for you.
I've spent years behind the scenes of successful businesses, looking at how they make money, where it goes, what’s working, and what I’d change next.
And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that making good money doesn’t automatically mean you know whether your business is actually getting you where you want to go.
I work with ambitious founders who have big goals, expensive plans, and zero desire to become finance people just because their businesses got successful.
Because I think the whole point of building a great business is what it makes possible: paying yourself really well, building wealth, buying the things you want, having time for the life you want, and generally getting to do more cool shit.
I’m just here to make sure the math supports the dream.
That’s exactly why I built this tool: to take the way I look at businesses every day and give you a fast, actually-useful read on where yours is headed + what I’d pay attention to first.
